My life’s passion and work has been to build a dental practice in London with a driven focus on patient centric care first and foremost at every step. My intention was to ensure the patient was comfortable and happy before they left and ensure there were no grumbles. This patient focused care was initially created to ensure I would increase the practice profitability – less returns means less work redone without charge! The extra little bit of time spent with the patient at the end of a treatment to ensure she was comfortable meant we didn’t have to see the patient for countless reviews, which could have been prevented in the first place. However, I rapidly realised that excellence shines through and rewards the patients with the highest standards of care which always reflected well on the practice. “Get it right first time!” became my motto. I imbued this ethos of practise into all my associates, specialists, hygienists, dental nurses and management and it energised the business to grow year on year.

At this juncture I am excited to pivot my passion for client and consumer care into the area of talent acquisition, focusing on the Healthcare & Consumer goods sector. With deep operational experience in the dental industry, I excel through direct engagement with hiring teams from C-suite to client management. As an experienced physician and adept relationship builder, I bring a high level of commitment and motivation to my engagements. I am very passionate about Talent Acquisition with focus on recruitment strategy & process, employee development, onboarding of new hires, and enhancing organisational effectiveness.
